Following the success of last year’s wallet-making session, DYVÓLAB reintroduced one of its most requested workshops in 2026—bringing participants together once again to explore the creative potential of everyday plastic bags.

To mark the beginning of a new year of creativity and collaboration, DYVÓLAB launched its first Upcycling Workshop of 2026 with a session inspired by the arrival of spring. Centered around the theme of renewal and growth, this workshop invited participants to transform discarded plastic materials into vibrant, handmade flowers.

In December 2025, DYVÓLAB concluded its Upcycling Workshop series with a festive and forward-looking session centered on the creative use of laser cutting technology. This final workshop of the year introduced participants to new ways of transforming materials into decorative and functional objects, with a special focus on designing and producing holiday ornaments.

In one of the most vibrant sessions of the Upcycling Workshop series, DYVÓLAB welcomed participants to explore the creative potential of plastic materials through the design and production of unique accessories. This workshop focused on reimagining everyday plastic waste as a valuable resource for personal expression and sustainable design.

At the end of October, DYVÓLAB hosted a special edition inspired by the spirit of Halloween, Upcycling Workshops 4: Masks. This session invited participants to explore the creative transformation of plastic waste into expressive and imaginative masks, combining sustainability with seasonal inspiration.

In Upcycling Workshop 3, participants delved into the world of creative reuse by transforming everyday materials into eye-catching works of art. Following the success of the previous workshops, this session focused on crafting posters & showcasing the power of upcycling in the realm of design.

In the recent upcycling workshop, participants delved into the innovative process of transforming plastic bags into beautiful carpets. This unique approach combined traditional textile techniques with modern materials, showcasing the endless possibilities of repurposing everyday items.

During April 2025, the first Upcycling Workshop series organized by DYVÓ focused on exploring the potential of plastic bags as a valuable resource for creating raw materials, specifically textiles. The workshop participants, along with the DYVÓ team, delved into innovative ways to transform plastic bag textiles into functional wallets.
